Start the day off right with an energising and refreshing avocado and banana smoothie!
Use 200-250ml of plant-based milk, water or coconut water as the base for this smoothie blend. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix.
Add ice or frozen bananas for a chilled smoothie. These are best made fresh each morning but you could make enough for 2 days and store in a glass bottle in the fridge. It should be used the next day at the latest.
